Wawa Cares with Coffee

In December, Cancer Center employees, patients and families celebrated the Hackerman-Patz Patient and Family Pavilion’s first anniversary.  The pavilion provides a “home away from home” for patients and their families who travel to the Kimmel Cancer Center for long-term treatment. One of the pavilion’s amenities is a constant supply of free coffee, thanks to the generosity of WaWa.  The regional division (Delmarva) donated its signature coffees and coffee supplies for Pavilion staff and guests.

Between January and March 2010, WaWa’s Delmarva Division also has put in place a donation program for its customers to participate in with proceeds supporting our research programs.
